About Echo Hose Ambulance Community Training Center Echo Hose Ambulance (EHAC) is a volunteer-led nonprofit EMS provider for the City of Shelton and the surrounding areas. Our training center offers a wide range of classes to help students meet their EMT/EMS certification needs. We also offer community classes in areas like CPR, First Aid, Bleeding Control, Mental Health First Aid and Narcan Administration . Our community training center is available to nonprofit groups in the area looking for a free space to conduct their free community educational events.
